Jumbo Guesthouse Luang Prabang

Wir trafen Monica das erste Mal kurz nachdem wir nach Luang Prabang gezogen waren. Sie lebt schon eine ganze Weile in Laos und hat in Luang Prabang das "Jumbo Guesthouse on the Mekong" aufgebaut. Ihr Guesthouse ist wunderschön, mit dichtem grünen Dschungel Garten und wahrscheinlich der besten Sonnenuntergangs-Aussicht der ganzen Stadt! Nebst ihrem Guesthouse widmet sie sich dem Marmeladen-Machen - ihre Passionsfrucht-Marmelade ist legendär... Und auch sonst sind ihre Kochkünste exzellent. We met Monica shortly after moving to Luang Prabang. She's been living in Laos for a while now and offers accomodation in Luang Prabang in her "Jumbo Guesthouse on the Mekong". Her Guesthouse is so beautiful, surrounded by lush green plants, and with possibly the best sunset view in all of town! Besides welcoming guests from all the world to her home, she is into jam making - her passion fruit jam is legendary... and also her cooking skills are excellent.
